Step by Step Procedure:

  1. Bowl an imaginary ball at an imaginary wicket.
  2. Lie down and try to rotate your leg at the hip.
  3. Bend your arm at the elbow.
  4. Bend your leg at the knee.
  5. Stretch your arms sideways.
  6. Chew some food.
  7. Bend your arm to touch your shoulder with your finger.
  8. Try to move other body parts as well.
